Jewelry Appraisal Service

We offer three service levels for jewelry appraisal depending on your needs. Learn about each level below.

In short these are:

• Premium - a sit down appointment with our appraiser. Call us to arrange your appointment or fill out a form here and wait to hear back.
• Standard - drop-off your item/s and your appraisal is prepared typically in 14-21 days. Stop by at anytime.
• Bulk Rate - drop off your jewelry collection and have documentation prepared on it all. Minimum of 15-20 significant jewelry pieces. Stop in with your items for an evaluation.

Premium Appraisal Service

Our Premium jewelry appraisal service provides you with dedicated time with our Appraiser via a sit down appointment. You will see how the grading and valuation is carried out. You will have your questions answered directly. Best of all you leave with your items in hand. No need to live without them! Your appraisal document is typically ready for you to take with you also, although on rare occasions the appraiser must research the value of your item further before the document can be completed.

Appointments are limited to a maximum of 2-3 items in one sitting.

Standard Appraisal Service

Our Standard jewelry appraisal service is a more cost effective service where your items are appraised with a 14-21 day turn-around. The appraisal is completed at our store location (your items never leave the premises) with the same level of care and attention to detail as our Premium service. The saving comes by not needing to reserve our Appraiser for an appointment.
Expected turn-around time does vary depending on current appraisal workload.

Bulk Rate Appraisal Service

We offer our best value jewelry appraisal service to those with numerous items. We call it the Bulk Rate service because it is typically used by owners who need their whole jewelry collection appraised or updated at one time. This can happen:

• with a change in insurance company where their policy requires current valuations,
• when old appraisals are deemed obsolete by the insurer or owner,
• when an inheritance is received of significant jewelry items that lack documentation,
• during estate planning or estate settlement,
• during divorce proceedings,

As with the standard option all appraisals are completed on-site, and receive the same level of quality as our Premium service.

Bulk Rate appraisal rates are offered for collections starting in the range of 15-20 pieces valued over $500 to $1000 each. We will evaluate your collection to determine if you qualify for this service rate. Pricing is based on time taken to complete all appraisals.
