Unless otherwise stated your purchase is covered under our Buchkosky Jewelers "No Worries" warranty. We inspect every item before it is shipped. In the unlikely occurrence that your item arrives damaged or with faulty parts, please call us immediately.
Your jewelry is warrantied to be free of manufacturing defects and can be worn with no worries or concern for risk of damage under normal conditions.
Unless otherwise stated the warranty periods for purchased items are as follows:
We do not warranty against general wear and tear. Your jewelry will scuff and show nicks and bumps over time. Plated items will eventually wear through. This is normal wear and tear and we gaurantee that jewelry WILL show wear and tear over time!

No refunds on shipping and handling charges for the original purchase. If free shipping was offered the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

C.O.D. deliveries will be refused.
Items purchased within our physical store must be returned to the store within 30 days. If this is not possible, please contact us at the store to discuss alternatives.

Write clearly on the outside of the package the RMA # you were provided over the phone. (example: RMA# 99999).
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the guidelines outlined above.
To allow an expedient refund, purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to the same credit card that was charged.
Gift purchases that are returned with a gift receipt can only be exchanged or converted to an instore credit.
